Q: What is the difference between an authorized brand and an unauthorized brand?
A: The unauthorized product may be from the same factory as a well-known brand, and at times there is more stock than orders, so the leftover stock is purchased by companies like ours. However, it can’t be sold under the well-known brand name. Also, a factory may make a model with the same quality as a well-known brand, but not 100% the same in every detail as a brand name. These can be purchased by companies like ours to sell on. Either way, there is usually only a few hundred of these items available to wholesalers to sell.
Q: Why are the prices so cheap?
A: We get the products directly from the factory, and as they are not authentic, they are not authorized for sale by the big brands. Our prices reflect the actual cost of making the shoes, before the big brands add on their huge profit margins.
Q: What’s the difference between UA and UA II?
A: We have upgraded all the details that our youtubers have detailed as the differences between our original UA model and the authentic ones. Our UA II are an upgraded version and they look and feel the same as the authentic models. Every detail is perfect, and no-one can tell if they are authentic or not.
Q: What is "UA"? What is "Reps"? What is the difference between "UA" and "Reps"?
A: "UA" means Unauthorized and, "Reps" means Replica. In an UA version the shoes are almost exactly the same as the authentic one, including the same material and most of the same details. Reps version normally looks the same as the authentic ones but made with cheaper material.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will accept the following reasons for return of your items if you are not satisfied with them when you receive them.
1.The wrong item was sent to you.
2.The item has a quality issue.
If you want to return an item, it must be returned within 3 days of receipt, and in the same condition it was received. You need to contact us first before you return any item. Any item returned where we have NOT received prior notice of the return will be rejected. The shipping and handling of return items is the responsibility of the buyer.
Q: Where do you ship? What shipping method do you use? How long will it take for me to receive my package?
A: We use Worldwide DHL Express shipping from Hong Kong. Orders are shipped from our warehouse centre within 4 to 10 business days from the date payment for your order is received and cleared (complete verification).
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Credit Card, Western Union(only US Dollars and Euros are allowed),Bank Transfer(only US Dollars, Euros and Pounds are allowed) and Bitcoin.
Western Union charge us lower fees than Credit cards.Customers would obtain a 10% off discount via Western Union.
Q: Are the photos of the shoes real?
A: Yes all the photos are real, and they were taken by us. The lighting we use to photograph the product, and the colors displayed by your screen may make the colors appear slightly different on your device than the actual product. Our colors however match the authentic product. Although the shoes from our website are not an authorized brand, the product is nearly identical to the official brand, and they are great quality.
